Happy Chinese New Year

Hi everyone! I've been very busy lately. Just so you know, I've deactivated my facebook almost a month now, hopefully it stays that way XD. Reason? I guess I don't have any but I definately dont want to have FAD *facebook addiction disorder* hehehe.

My sister spends almost 12 hours a day on her FB page OH MY GOD -.-''. So anyway, since I don't have FB or Twitter or etc etc I did alot of stuff like ermmm baking lolz.

Do you know Dalai Dama has Twitter? I just found out...wahh so outdated ahhh!

Chinese New Year has not been easy for me. Seriously, some of the popo asked me "So are you in Form 5 now?" "Do you have boyfriend yet?" " What job are you doing? You know my son is a finance manager who works in a bank. One month he earns up to RM20k and also blah blah blah..." Seriously, my CNY mood went down to the drain *shake head*

I'm starting to work in March...so not much time left to enjoy my break. Hopefully I don't get to audit Petronas or Berjaya or any banks * praying hard* or else it's doom for me!

It's All About the $$$

Have you heard this saying? It goes like this "My money is mine and your money is also mine". Yeah I'm pretty sure you have heard it. It's just lately I've been hearing toooo many times, lost count you see. Tht's what happens when you follow ur parents to work...business talk really...totally lost me except the money part lolz.

Lately, the news have been publishing divorces, marriage issues, family/business conflicts. My mom said "Of course it's about the money, what else is there?". I have to agree with her.

Sure, money can't buy happiness...BUT neither can poverty! So if I had to divorce a person due to "irreconcilable differences" *i think it's what celebrities right now have been filing* , I would have to rip off the person's fortune. Call me materialistic...but I know majority of you would see me as being realistic! With money, it makes all the difference. First you don't have ever have to work for money, you don't stress out to pay the bills, you get to do ur hair etc etc. Can you imagine yourself being a divorcee and POOR and haggard? Oh godd, might as well you pull the plug from your life -.-

So girls really, these are times to be smart and take control of your life! Those of you on the brink of your mariage, decide now or never. If not you'll end up like this

Happy New Year!

A brand new year 2012! Ahh, time seems to fly so fast. Exactly the same day last year, I was finishing up my audit work -.-'' and in 3 month's time, I would be doing the same thing for the next 4 years lolz.

So what did I do for New Year's Eve? Not much but it did break my family tradition this year and the years to come I hope OO.

Every new year, my family would indulge into ice cream when the clock strikes 12. This year's was different coz.... *tada* my bro had to start work in MV at 10pm to do stock-take *the lament of an auditor* . So mom decided that we all should follow him to "work" . So we went there and watched The Darkest Hour *this is the shittiest movie I've ever seen!* and it ended 3 mins before 12am LOL!! Who knew there would be fireworks at The Gardens. Well, I only had a glimsed of it bt it's better than nothing rite =)

So we went to mamak and ate while still waiting for bro to finish his work. Then, we walked around the empty mall. Pubs, bistros were still open and then all these sexy girls started to walk out from Zouk. And boy, my mom was like this scanning machine where u can find in the airport except that it scans the girls' legs, boobs, face and provides a lonngggg "report" to me. Not to mention that we stood at corrider of the Zouk for nearly an hour while she checked the chicks out...wahh soo embarassing. Her eyes are like the eagle, hunting for preys. Coz the music was SO LOUD, she has to shout over to me -.-'

Believe me, that is the last time that I'll go anywhere near a pub with my mom. Amen to that.

This is one new year that I'll never forget.

Urgh, I think I'm gonna just give up on changing this blog's layout....all my links are gone =.=

Anyway it was a long time since I last updated. So how ya'll?? I finally graduated woohoo!! well thts if my results are good.....still waiting for it.

So I've been definately busy lately....with interviews! I'm nt gonna reveal the companies yet as I have not successfully get their confirmation. But I can tell you that they are from auditing line as well as banking line...which leads me to another point.

I have already planned to work for the auditing line for as long as I can remember....then get my CPA and my MIA. Then, M came in and asked me to try out for the banking line which was why I applied for banks in the 1st place....where the hell did she get that idea? She's the one who encouraged me to be accountant....apa pulak switch to banking line =.=''. M is the type who gets influenced easily and who doesnt not really take her on stand...I mean seriously. Any sales person who comes up to her, she couldnt say NO =.=''....omigosh I think she's getting all these ideas from her friends.

Yeah, tht was when it kinda triggered our "war"...We have like argument everyday, sometimes in the mall...so embarassing aiyooo T.T

This kinda reminds of something else she said...She said this to me when I was in Form 4 and still do now: "Be an accountant so that you know how to manage your money" and "Never get married if you don't have the finance for it"...the second one is not so relevant but relates to money anyway lolz

I agree with the first statement. She is a so called 'accountant' but lately, I can see that she's failing to manage her finances due to the wrong decisions she made even though I have already told her many times over. M reluctantly allowed S to take part in the student exchange programme....What's worse is that M is having financial constraint in that period and yet she let S to go for it. Holding on the hope that S would failed the assessment, she let the whole thing be....apparently S has passed the test and she's flying to overseas this month....The costs of the whole package is roughly about more than RM 10,000 and it's still counting...OMG!!! so expensive! That's like 2/3 of my one sem's uni fees...which leads to my next point. How is M gonna cover S' college fees next year, not to mention the course she has chosen is the expensive one. I feel like whacking her head with a hockey stick and tell her to WAKE UP!! Plus there's chinese new year coming up and she's not gonna save money on time...

Lesson learnt: So what if u r an accountant, sometimes it does not help you in managing your finances at all...

The second statement from her has shown me that she's a hypocrite...wah I can't believe I'm saying this but its the truth...Don't get married if u r poor. But she DID married her husband when they were really poor...so what is she trying to tell me now?? DON'T WORRY, I won't be marrying anyone unless I have my own bungalow and a Mercs LOL

You know what's ironic?

Most of the time, our lives is not about us.

That kinda explains why Im blogging about M instead of me XP

Yallooo, yeah my first last week of break since my internship...I have to say, I've really and I mean REALLY learnt alot ...more like an intensive training throughout my 2.5 months KPMG. Well actually it really depends who your seniors are. Fortunately for me, they are very helpful...however, they are some *not my team la* are very unhelpful and show off =.=''

Talk about this week...its about cursing taylors all the way through...wad a week before uni starts...maybe we shld put a board to all potential customers...PLEASEE, YOU ARE MAKING A MISTAKE COMING HERE!!! oh my, wouldnt tht be fun?

Ohh PC FAIR IS COMING SOON...its in Apri actually...I'm planning to buy new phone...my hp sometimes go haywire..turning black and white screen =.=''

So I'm choosing between Samsung Galaxy S and Iphone 4

They both are almost similar...except iphone has better resolution and flash...and iphone is much more expensive LOL. Galaxy S has better internet line...i mean it loads so much faster...

There's a BIG BUT....Iphone 5 is on the way this July...so the news said....maybe I shld get a temporary hp and wait...no rush right =D
